• Bestowed his second Big West Men’s Volleyball Player of the Week honor – and ninth of his career – senior Rado Parapunov led Hawai‘i to the Outrigger Hotels & Resorts Invitational title.
• The nine awards is a Big West record.
• The 6-foot-9 opposite averaged 5.17 kills, 1.50 digs and 0.83 blocks in wins over No. 14 Concordia and No. 4 UC Irvine while hitting .468 (31-9-47) for the tournament.
• Parapunov, named to the all-tournament team, swung at a .560 clip versus Concordia with a match-high 17 kills and just three errors on 25 attempts.
• The Bulgaria native notched a team-high 14 kills on .364 hitting in the championship match against the Anteaters. He added two aces, six digs and four block assists.
• Parapunov has helped UH off to a 12-0 start, one of just two remaining programs in the country still undefeated.

SCOTT STADICK, UC IRVINE • MEN'S VOLLEYBALL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

• Four-time Big West Men’s Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week winner Scott Stadick patrolled the net again for UC Irvine in dominating fashion.
• The 7-foot middle blocker averaged 2.36 blocks over 11 sets at the Outrigger Hotels & Results Invitational in Honolulu, Hawai‘i.
• Stadick had 26 total blocks (four solo) for the tournament, including a career-high 11 block assists against No. 1 Hawai‘i in the title match. The 11 block assists are tied for ninth in the rally scoring era at UCI and rank No. 1 in the country this season.
• He clubbed 11 kills on .611 hitting in a four-set win over No. 14 Concordia. He added 10 blocks versus the Eagles.
• Stadick, who averaged 2.09 kills per set and hit .313 (23-8-48) overall, was named to the All-Tournament team.

GUILHERME VOSS, HAWAI‘I • MEN'S VOLLEYBALL FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK

• Hawai‘i middle blocker Guilherme Voss secured the Big West Men’s Volleyball Freshman of the Week award with solid play at the Outrigger Hotels & Resorts Invite.
• Voss averaged 1.50 kills and 1.67 blocks per set in wins over No. 14 Concordia and No. 4 UC Irvine. He also hit .533 with nine kills and just one attack error in 15 attempts.
• He posted seven kills on .583 hitting versus Concordia. He also notched five blocks in both matches.
