• UC Davis sophomore Ezra Manjon earned his third career Big West Men’s Basketball Player of the Week award after stringing together a trio of stellar performances at the Bronco Invitational.
• The 5-foot-11 guard averaged 23.0 points and 4.0 assists as the Aggies posted a 1-2 record at the Santa Clara-hosted tournament.
• Manjon finished with 20 or more points in all three games. He had four 20-point performances during his 2019-20 freshman season.
• In the season opener, Manjon collected a career-high 25 points against Nicholls State. He shot 5-of-9 from the floor and went 15-of-19 at the charity stripe.
• Manjon returned with 21 points, three rebounds and four assists against the host Broncos. He hit all six of his free throw attempts in that game.
• UC Davis notched its first win of the season in the tournament finale, a 70-61 triumph over Idaho State, as Manjon tallied 23 points on 10-of-20 shooting.
• The Antioch, Calif. native shot 45.8% (22-of-48) from the field and 85.2% (23-of-27) at the foul line.
• For the tournament, he led the Aggies in minutes played (103), assists (12), free throws made and free throws attempted.
