Calloway Lands On Women's Hoops Honor Roll For Third Time

• CSUN senior De’Jionae Calloway garnered her third Big West Women’s Basketball Player of the Week award this season as she was instrumental in a pair of conference victories.

• Calloway averaged 19.0 points, 13.0 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocked shots per game to help the Matadors upend Hawai‘i (58-54) and UC Irvine (70-62) at home.

• CSUN has started out Big West play 2-0 for the first time since the 2012-13 season.

• Calloway notched her fifth and sixth double-doubles of the season to lead the Matadors. She scored 22 points to go along with 12 boards in the win over UH before posting 16 points and 14 caroms against UCI. She played 36 minutes in both games.

• The 6-foot forward made 10-of-20 floor shots and had three blocks with a steal against the Rainbow Wahine.

• She added two assists and a pair of steals versus the Anteaters.

• Calloway registered her fifth 20-point game of the season with her 22-point effort against UH.
