MEN'S SOCCER OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Junior • Forward • Mendota, Calif.
• Daniel Trejo earned his third career Big West Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week award as he helped CSUN to a pair of wins at the Bert & Iris Wolstein Classic in Columbus, Ohio.
• Trejo scored two goals and added two assists to lead the Matadors to the tourney title with wins over host Ohio State (4-3) and Dayton (3-1). He was named to the All-Tournament Team.
• The forward had an assist in the comeback victory over the Buckeyes.
• Trejo produced two goals and an assist versus the Flyers, including the game-winner. He also tied the school’s Division I record for most shots in a match with 10, sharing the mark with current CSUN women’s soccer head coach Keith West (vs. Marshall, 9/29/95) and Danny Daniels (vs. Grand Canyon, 11/9/91).

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Junior • Midfielder • Olivehurst, Calif.
• Giovanni Aguilar claimed his first Big West Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week honor after helping CSUN to the title of the Bert & Iris Wolstein Classic.
• Aguilar posted an assist in each win against host Ohio State (4-3) and Dayton (3-1). His assist against the Buckeyes gave the Matadors a 3-2 lead.
• He had the game-winning assist against Dayton as Daniel Trejo converted his shot at the 72:16 mark.

MEN'S SOCCER FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Forward • Montreal, Quebec
• Samuel Salter captured the Big West Men’s Soccer Freshman of the Week award with a pair of goals against host Ohio State in the Bert & Iris Wolstein Classic.
• In his collegiate debut, Salter buried the game-winning goal with under nine minutes to play as the Matadors handed the Buckeyes a 4-3 defeat.
• An All-Tournament Team selection, Salter also scored just over three minutes into the second half.
