Brown, DeWeese Earn Women's Soccer Weekly Honors

• Cal State Fullerton junior Haley Brown secured her first Big West Women’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week award with her multi-goal game.

• The midfielder knocked in two goals against Missouri, one to tie the game and one to pull the Titans ahead, leading them to their third straight win.

• The win over Missouri is CSF's third over a Power Five conference after the Titans defeated Kansas State on Sept 8 and Minnesota on Aug. 25.

• Brown is now the third highest scorer in the conference with nine points on three goals and three assists.

• UC Santa Barbara senior Hanna DeWeese recorded her second career Big West Women’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week honor.

• Although the Gauchos fell from a 1-0 loss to No. 2 Stanford, DeWeese had a career-high nine saves, including one on a penalty kick.

• Despite being outshot 23-1 against Stanford, DeWeese kept the match 0-0 until the 78th minute.

• DeWeese made three saves in a 1-1 tie against Grand Canyon. She finished the week with a 0.90 goals against average and an .846 save percentage.
