No. 5 Cal Poly’s Raeann Greisen (San Diego, Calif./The Bishop's School) and Macy Gordon (Paradise Valley, Ariz./Xavier College Prep) earned Big West Pairs Team of the Week Honors after a perfect weekend at the No. 4/No. 3 spot.

 

• Greisen and Gordon went a perfect 4-0 at the Stanford West Coast Classic

 

• The tandem defeated No. 1 UCLA’s No. 4 duo in straight sets (22-20, 21-15) before earning a straight-set victory over Pacific at the No. 3 spot

 

• The pair recorded wins over two top-20 teams in the No. 1 Bruins and No. 20 Saint Mary’s

 

• Greisen and Gordon have won four in a row and are 8-2 as a pair

 

• The pair was key in helping the Mustangs earn a No. 5 national ranking for the second week in a row

 

• This is the first weekly award for the tandem and the third for Cal Poly this season
