After a perfect 5-0 week at the No. 2 spot, Hawaii’s Morgan Martin (Mission Viejo, Calif./Capistrano Valley HS) and Lea Monkhouse (Mississauga, Ont., Canada/Lorne Park Secondary) captured Big West Pairs Team of the Week honors, the third weekly award for the pair this season.

• The tandem went a perfect 5-0 at the Big West Challenge last weekend

• Martin and Monkhouse defeated the No. 2 pairs from two top-10 teams in No. 6 Cal Poly and No. 5 Long Beach State

• The pair’s win over Long Beach State’s No. 2 pair helped secure the program’s first-ever sweep of the Beach

• The tandem has won 16 of their last 17 matches

• Martin and Monkhouse have been key in helping Hawai‘i win 18 consecutive matches, the greatest streak in program history

• This is the pair’s third award in four weeks and UH’s fourth-straight
