Hawaii’s Emily Maglio (Coquitlam, B.C., Canada/Pinetree Secondary School) and Kai’iwi Schucht (Escondido, Calif./Serra High School) earned Big West Pairs Team of the Week honors after a perfect week at the No. 1 spot.

• The tandem had a perfect 5-0 showing last week including a straight-set win over No. 8 South Carolina’s top pair

• After last week’s undefeated stretch, Maglio and Schucht extended their win-streak to nine-straight matches

• With a midweek win over Nebraska, Schucht became Hawaii’s all-time leader in dual matches with 78

• The pair helped UH go a perfect 4-0 at the Gamecock Challenge

• Maglio and Schucht also led the Sandbows as the program extended its dual win-streak to a program-tying 13 matches

• This is the first award for the tandem this season
