University of Hawai'i head coach Dave Shoji became the NCAA's career leader in wins on Friday, September 6, 2013 when his Rainbow Wahine defeated Santa Clara in four sets. The victory was Shoji's 1,107th of a career that has spanned four decades, and pushed him past former UCLA coach Andy Banachowski in the all-time annals.
