A valiant effort by Jennifer Keddy assisted Cal Poly in a 2-0 performance, which earned her Big West Women's Volleyball Player of the Week honors. Keddy is the second Mustang to receive weekly accolades this season, with Kristina Graven grabbing the first award back on Sept. 13.
In Cal Poly's 3-1 win over Pacific, the Missoula, Mont., native, recorded a team-high 15 kills and four blocks. She added five digs and one service ace to her total.
The following night versus UC Davis, Keddy collected 12 kills, five blocks and two digs, to lift the Mustangs to a 4-1 victory over the Aggies. Committing four errors on 21 attempts, she hit .381 on the night.
Keddy, who averaged 3.38 kills, 1.12 blocks and .88 digs per set, has tallied double figures in kills in all but three matches this season.
