Marisa Boge (Oakland, Calif./Bishop O'Dowd HS) tallied her first career hat trick to lead UC Davis to a dominating victory and earn her Big West Women's Soccer Player of the Week accolades.

Boge, a senior forward, scored all three of her goals in the first half as the Aggies blanked Cal State Bakersfield 5-0 on Friday.  She connected on the team's first two goals midway through the first stanza and added another score prior to the halftime break.  All five of her shots were on frame.

It was the first hat trick by an Aggie since September 14, 2007, when Dayna Dumont scored all three UCD goals in a 3-1 triumph against San Francisco.

Boge, who is tied for third in the Big West with seven points (3G, 1A), is only within three points of equaling her season total (10) from the 2008 season.

Others nominated:  Farryn Townley (Cal State Northridge); Nicole Hubbard (Long Beach State); Tanya Taylor (UC Irvine); Jessica White (UC Riverside); Maricela Padilla (Pacific)
