The Big West Basketball ShootOut presented by Downtown Disney hit the campus of Long Beach State on Tuesday night with 42 teams competing to be the campus champions.  The men's and women's divisions had champions crowned while the co-ed finalists will compete on Thursday night during the LBSU men's basketball game versus Cal Poly.

In the women's competition, Naomis with team members Reika Shucart and Naomi Chen emerged as the campus champs.  In the men's division, Unknown Prospects with team members Demetrius Hampton and Danny Kirk took home the title.

The co-ed championship on Thursday will pit Team JK with John Truong and Kathy Nguyen against I Can't Believe Its Not Butter with Roger Nelson and Reika Shucart.
