Cal State Fullerton forward Shay Spitz (Sydney, Australia/Westfields Sports HS) had the best stretch of his Titan career last week, leading CSF to a 1-0-1 record and netting him Big West Player of the Week accolades.
The sophomore scored his first career goal last Wednesday in Cal State Fullerton’s 2-2 tie against UC Riverside, then topped that with a couple of tallies three days later in the Titans' first league win against UC Davis. His two-goal effort marked the first time this season that a CSF player had put multiple scores on the board.
