Cal State Fullerton's Toni Thomas averaged 14 points
per game in the Titan's two conference wins last week
over Pacific and UC Riverside to earn Big West
Women’s Basketball Player of the Week honors for the
week ending Jan. 15. The San Bernardino, Calif.,
native came off the bench in CSF's victory over Pacific
on Monday, finishing with 15 points and grabbing eight
rebounds. In Saturday's victory over UC Riverside, the
5-11 forward recorded her second double-double of the
season with 13 points and a game-high 10 rebounds,
including six offensive boards. Cal State Fullerton's
win over UCR increased the Titans' win streak to three
and elevated them to fourth in the conference. This
marks the first player of the week honor for Fullerton
this season.
