Senior Kandace Wilson (Walnut, CA/Walnut HS) was named Big West Women's Soccer Player of the Week after a stellar effort to help the Titans clinch the title of the Four Points University Plaza Arizona Soccer Classic. The forward posted two goals and two assists over two matches in being selected the tournament's Most Valuable Offensive Player.

Wilson picked up an assist in Cal State Fullerton's 2-0 victory versus New Mexico in the tournament opener on Friday. The assist stopped a streak of four straight matches without scoring a point for Wilson.

She asserted herself further in the Titans' 4-0 upset of No. 25 Utah on Sunday, scoring two goals and adding an assist. She took eight shots with three on goal for the match.

With the two assists, Wilson moved into a tie for 10th on school's career list for that category. The Titans also improved to 20-1-1 when Wilson scores a goal, including an unbeaten streak of 18 consecutive matches dating back to her freshman year. CSF's record moved to 24-2-1 in contests that Wilson scores a point.
