Olivia Waldowski’s strong performance over the past week helped UC Santa Barbara surpass the 20-win mark for the 26th time after a trio of road wins, and earned her Big West Volleyball Player of the Week honors for the week ending Nov. 27. Against Loyola Marymount, the junior middle blocker led the Gauchos with a .435 hitting percentage and four aces, along with dishing a career-high eight assists. Waldowski also dominated on defense with a team-high six blocks in UCSB’s sweep against NCAA-bound Florida A&M.
