  • First year player Nicole Feliciano helped UC Irvine to a 1-1 week that included a Top 25 upset en route to Big West Freshman of the Week. Also a winner back on Sept. 4, this is Feliciano’s second such award.  

  • The freshman setter averaged 10.11 assists, 3.11 digs and 1.11 kills per set as the Anteaters played UC Santa Barbara and Cal Poly from Crawford Gym. 

  • Feliciano quarterbacked UCI to an upset over No. 25 UCSB with career-highs of 46 sets and 19 digs for an 11th double-double of the season. The Laguna Niguel, Calif., native also added four kills and two block assists in the match.  

  • In the five-set loss against the Mustangs, Feliciano contributed 45 assists, nine digs and a career-high five block assists. Offensively, the freshman hit .625 with six kills on eight swings and just one error
