In Thursday’s sweep at Cal State Fullerton, Saran led the team with six blocks, five digs and eight kills in the tidy three-setter.

On Saturday, Saran had a career day in a 3-1 victory over UC Irvine, recording a career-best nine blocks – including two solo stuffs. The sophomore also led the team with three aces while hitting .643 in the contest with nine kills on 14 swings a no errors.

All told, the middle blocker averaged 2.14 blocks and 1.14 digs per set to go along with 2.43 and 28.5 points on the weekend.
