  • Merrick Cook helped CSUN to an undefeated week on the road by accumulating seven saves and gave up one goal in two games. 

  • On Wednesday, Cook stopped three shots and allowed one in a 1-1 draw at UC Davis. 

  • The Cerritos, Calif. product notched a career-first shutout in a 1-0 win at UC Irvine on Saturday. Cook made four saves facing 15 Anteater shots, 11 coming in the second half. 

  • The freshman goalkeeper was thrusted into the starting lineup and has started the last three games. CSUN is currently unbeaten in games that Cook starts.
