High School San Marcos HS UC San Diego's Jordan Haney took 17th place at the Gans Creek Classic, hosted by Missouri, to earn Athlete of the Week honors. It is the second time this season that Haney has won the award. The senior completed the 8K course in a time of 24:36.0, a seasonal-best for the Carlsbad, Calif. product. UC San Diego earned ninth place as a team.
