  • The Hawai’i No. 1 pairing of Kaylee Glagau and Brooke Van Sickle recorded a perfect weekend at the Bigger West Invitational to secure a second Pairs Team of the Week award for the season, and sixth career nod. 

  • Glagau and Van Sickle Went a perfect 6-0 at the top of the order going up against each of their six Big West opponents in San Luis Obispo, Calif. 

  • Last season’s Big West Pairs Team of the Year won four of its six matches in straight sets, and the weekend was highlights by securing the clinching point in UH's 3-2 win over Long Beach State with a 21-15, 27-25 decision over Sydney Stevens and Julia Westby.  

  • The Rainbow Wahine win streak now sits at 18 straight after the unblemished weekend. Glagau and Van Sickle improved to 19-1 this season and have defeated 16 consecutive opponents for the fifth-longest win streak in program history.  

  • Hawai’i was ranked eighth in last week’s AVCA poll, with the newest edition set to be unveiled tomorrow, March 28.
