UC Davis senior Thomas Hutchison bookended the month of February in stellar fashion to earn his second Big West monthly accolade of the season, and the fourth of his career.

Hutchison placed tied for 10th at The Amer Ari Invitational in the first week of the month, showcased by a 6-under 66 in the first round at the Hapuna Golf Course in Waimea, Hawai’i. He went on to finish out the event with a bogey-free 5-under 67 jumping up 11 places on the individual leaderboard and into the top 10.

At The Prestige, the San Jose, Calif., native again paced the Aggies, turning in a fifth-place finish after firing a 73-68-75—216 (+3). His 68 in the second round marked the lowest of the round in the field of 120 competitors.

Overall, in the six rounds played, Hutchison carded four rounds of even-par or better, including three rounds in the red, while tallying 25 birdies.
