Rivera averaged 3.50 kills, 0.90 digs and 0.40 blocks to accumulate 37.0 points over 10 sets, hitting .237 for the Tritons. In a five-set match at New Mexico the outside hitter from Redwood City, Calif., put down a career-high 20 kills while hitting .279 to go along with four blocks and three digs. Rivera recorded 13 kills with five digs at UTEP to notch a fourth match of the young season to strike for double figures.
