  • UC Irvine sophomore Connor Campbell had a dominant night at the net to lead the Anteaters to a Friday sweep over Concordia-Irvine. 

  • Campbell finished with a career-high nine total blocks, including one solo effort, to go along with nine kills and a .643 hitting performance. He did not commit an error in his 14 shot attempts for the Anteaters. 

  • The middle blocker from San Diego’s nine blocks are tied are the most in NCAA Division I for a three-set match.  

  • This is Campbell’s second Big West weekly award of the season, also earning acclaim on Jan. 17.
