  • Guiding the Hawai’i team to a pair of victories over BYU, junior Tread Rosenthal has claimed a season’s fifth Big West Setter of the Week honor. The distinction is a 10th career setter honor and 17th overall weekly award.  

  • Rosenthal averaged 11.14 assists per set, directing the offense to a combined .455 hitting percentage for the series. Additionally, the Austin, Texas native added seven kills (1.00 avg.), four aces (0.57 avg.), 11 digs (1.57 avg.), and four blocks (0.57 avg.) against the Cougars.  

  •  Wednesday, Rosenthal assisted on 46 scoring plays with three kills, six digs and three blocks in the four-setter.  

  • In Friday’s sweeping rematch, he followed with 32 assists, three kills, four aces, five digs and a block highlighting effective overall play. Rosenthal’s four aces tied a career high. 

  • Rosenthal leads The Big West and ranks third in the country with an 11.07 assists per set average on the season.
