King averaged 4.88 points, 4.38 kills, and 2.25 digs per set as the Beach recorded back-to-back 3-1 victories against UC Santa Barbara and Cal Poly over the weekend to send LBSU off to its first 4-0 Big West start since 2014. The 6-2 opposite hitter recorded a fifth double-double of the year with 14 kills and 10 digs against the Gauchos on Friday night. On Saturday, King hit .400, recording a season-high 21 kills against the Mustangs to go along with eight digs, four blocks and four assists. The double-figure kill mark is the 13th in 15 matches thus far in 2025. The product of Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, is currently third in The Big West in both kills (3.70) and points (4.35) per set.
