Sofia Lavreshina Award Track Athlete of the Week Week Of 3/18/2025 Sport Track & Field School Long Beach State Year Senior Position Hometown Pombal, Portugal High School Pombal Secondary Long Beach State's Sofia Lavreshina had two individual victories at the Challenge Cup to claim The Big West Women's Track of the Week award. It is Lavreshina's first career weekly honor from the conference. The senior won the 200m (24.43) and 400m (54.59) events. Lavreshina was also a member of the 4x400m relay (3:45.97) and 4x100m relay (46.86) squads that placed second and third, respectively.
