High School Rampart HS Freshman Audrey Hollis guided the UC San Diego offense to wins against Cal State Fullerton and UC Irvine to earn Big West Setter of the Week acclaim for the first time. The native of Colorado Springs, Colo., opened the week with 43 assists in a 3-1 victory over the Titans. In Saturday’s 3-2 win against the Anteaters, Hollis contributed a double-double of 53 assists and 16 digs. Both figures represent new career highs as Hollis recorded a fifth double-double of the year. Hollis averaged 10.67 assists and 1.89 digs with four total blocks in nine sets as the Tritons moved into a tie for fourth in The Big West through four weeks of league play.
