  • UC San Diego's Amari Jenkins won the 400m hurdles and recorded a personal best in the 100m hurdles at the Titan Tune-Up to earn the Women's Track Athlete of the Week honor. It is Jenkins' second career weekly honor, having won it once earlier this year (April 9). 

  • The senior finished second in the 100m hurdles with a lifetime-best time of 13.96. It is the eighth best mark in The Big West. 

  • Jenkins won the 400m hurdles, crossing the finish line in 1:00.83, just .08 shy of tying a personal-best time.
