  • Cal State Bakersfield pair Vivi Kaelin went Ella Erteltova went 3-0 over WCC foes to close out the regular season and earn a second nod this season as Big West Pairs Team of the Week. The duo was also tapped with the season’s first set of weekly awards back on Feb. 26. 

  • Playing at the No. 2 position in a trio of matches hosted by Pacific, Kaelin and Erteltova claimed straight-set wins over competitors from Pacific, San Francisco and Santa Clara. The tandem is 27-6 on the year, playing in positions 1-4 in the lineup

  • The margin of victory for Kaelin and Erteltova was an average of 7.67 points per set. 

  • The Roadrunners went 1-3 as a team, sweeping through Pacific 5-0 before falling to the Dons and Broncos, 3-2, to finish off the regular-season slate. Next up, all seven conference teams head to Long Beach City College for the 2024 Big West Beach Volleyball Championship, this Thursday and Friday.
