  • Sabel’s name is now etched in the annals of UC Davis women's basketball history, amassing a double-double with a season-high 28 points while reaching the 1,000-point plateau in Thursday’s victory over UC San Diego. Sabel was 10-of-17 from the field while pulling down 12 rebounds and adding a steal and a block in the contest.

  • The native of Stockholm, Sweden, capped the regular season with 17 points in the Aggies' win over Long Beach State to cap off a perfect 2-0 week at home. Sabel was 7-of-10 from three-point range in the pair of games. Playing two collegiate seasons at Penn State before transferring to UCD, Sabel heads into the postseason with 1,022 career points.

  • UC Davis secured the No. 5 seed in the brackets of the 2024 Hercules Tires Big West Women’s Basketball Championship, and the Aggies are set to take on eighth-seeded Cal State Fullerton in the first round of play on Wednesday at Noon PT from The Dollar Loan Center in Henderson, Nev.
