Two Runner-Up Finishes & Two Team Titles Earn Cal Poly's Kaylyn Noh Monthly Honors

  • Kaylyn Noh, a true freshman from Rocklin, Calif., posted a pair of second-place individual finishes in Colorado en route to her first career Big West monthly honor.  

  • At the Ron Moore Intercollegiate Oct. 8-10, back-to-back 68s lifted her from 62nd place after the first round to runner-up on the leaderboard. Noh carded 15 birdies over 54 holes to tie for second in the field of 87 women.  

  • At the Ptarmigan Ram Classic on Oct. 18-19, Noh's 69 was the only sub-70 round of the event. It came in her final 18 as she jumped from 16th to a second overall finish. She closed with 10 birdies, and a 3-under total on the par 4s, second in the field.  

  • Noh's performances helped Cal Poly win team titles in both tournaments, claiming consecutive tournament victories for the fourth time in program history.
