Kaylyn Noh, a true freshman from Rocklin, Calif., posted a pair of second-place individual finishes in Colorado en route to her first career Big West monthly honor.

At the Ron Moore Intercollegiate Oct. 8-10, back-to-back 68s lifted her from 62nd place after the first round to runner-up on the leaderboard. Noh carded 15 birdies over 54 holes to tie for second in the field of 87 women.

At the Ptarmigan Ram Classic on Oct. 18-19, Noh's 69 was the only sub-70 round of the event. It came in her final 18 as she jumped from 16th to a second overall finish. She closed with 10 birdies, and a 3-under total on the par 4s, second in the field.

Noh's performances helped Cal Poly win team titles in both tournaments, claiming consecutive tournament victories for the fourth time in program history.
